    VIOLENCE RISK ASSESSMENTS, Bill 168 Compliant

    Under Bill 168, an Act to Amend the Occupational Health and Safety Act of Ontario, every employer has an obligation to perform an assessment of the risks of violence in their workplace.  But how do you get started?  The Workplace Fairness Institute can help by offering training on:

    1. How to do a General Physical Environment Assessment
    2. Assessing the Workplace for Specific Risks
    3. Developing an Action Plan
    4. Implementing the Action Plan
    5. Monitoring Progress; Modifying the Action Plan
    We provide templates and instructions on performing the assessment and can also work with you to perform some actual assessments to help you get started.

    Workplace Violence and Harassment and Domestic Violence Policies

    The WFI is a leader in the field of policy development and implementation for workplace violence, domestic violence and workplace harassment.  We will help you to ensure you remain in compliance with Bill 168 and other workplace harassment and violence prevention regulations.
